How the calculator works
The subscription total is the plan’s published annual-billing price per user per month, multiplied by your staff count, by 12 and by the number of years. It leaves out add-ons, tax and any price rises, so the real figure is usually higher.
The AirStaff figure is the smallest tier that covers your team: $99, $198, $297, $396 for 5, 15, 30, 50 staff seats, paid once. Codes stack up to Tier 4. Above 50 staff, the calculator adds AirStaff’s monthly extra seats at $3 per seat per month, which is the published add-on.

Questions people actually ask
Does the cost calculator include add-ons, tax or price rises?
No. It uses each vendor’s published annual-billing price per user per month and nothing else, so for most teams the real subscription cost is higher than the figure shown. The AirStaff figure is the published tier price.
What does AirStaff cost for a team of more than 50 staff?
Tier 4 covers 50 staff seats for $396 once. Beyond that, extra seats are $3 per seat per month, cancel any time, and the calculator adds those for teams over 50.
Why does the calculator use the cheapest plan with screenshots?
It uses whatever plan you pick. The default scenarios use each competitor’s cheapest plan that includes screenshots, or its cheapest paid plan, because that is the closest like-for-like with AirStaff and never overstates the competitor’s cost.
Does the calculator send my team size or choices anywhere?
No. The arithmetic runs in your browser on the page itself. Nothing you type is sent to AirStaff or anyone else.
