AirStaff costs $99 for 5 staff seats, $198 for 15 seats, $297 for 30 seats or $396 for 50 seats — a single payment, in US dollars, not a monthly per-user fee. Every tier includes the full tracking, screenshot, timesheet and reporting suite. Higher tiers add projects and the weekly digest, then API access and priority support, then white-label reports. Codes are stackable: redeem two and you are on Tier 2.

Pay by card
The Buy button takes you to Stripe Checkout. AirStaff never sees or stores your card number. Prices are charged in US dollars.
Your code arrives by email
The moment payment clears, a single licence code carrying your whole tier is emailed to the address you used at checkout — one code, one paste, done.

Create your company at app.airstaff.net/signup, paste your code, and invite your team. Change your mind within 60 days and we refund the purchase.
What counts as a seat
This is the number that decides your bill, so it is worth being exact about.

If you go over your seat allowance, tracking pauses for the newest members rather than the whole organisation, and people already tracking that month keep going. You are told, not silently throttled.

Refunds and guarantees
Direct purchases carry a 60-day money-back guarantee — ask within 60 days of purchase and you get your money back. Is AirStaff really a one-time payment with no monthly fee?
Yes. The tier price is paid once and covers its seat allowance for the life of the AirStaff product. The only recurring charges that exist at all are optional: monthly extra seats at $3 per seat, and extended screenshot retention at $2 per seat per month. Neither is required to use the product.
How do I actually buy AirStaff and get my licence?
Click Buy on the tier you want, pay by card through Stripe Checkout, and a single licence code covering your whole tier is emailed to your checkout address the moment payment clears. Redeem it when you create your company account — the whole thing takes a few minutes.
What happens if my team grows past my tier’s seat allowance?
You can stack another lifetime code to move up a tier, or add monthly seats at $3 each and cancel them when you no longer need them. If you do go over without adding seats, tracking pauses for the newest members only — people already tracking that month are never cut off part way through.
Does "lifetime" mean my lifetime or the product’s lifetime?
The product’s. A lifetime licence grants the stated seat allowance for as long as we commercially operate AirStaff, and covers all version 1.x features. It is not tied to the purchaser’s lifetime, and we say so plainly in the terms rather than in a footnote.
Can I get a refund if AirStaff is not right for my team?
Direct purchases have a 60-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Marketplace purchases follow that marketplace’s refund policy, and a refund processed there automatically revokes the code and recalculates your tier.
Can I pay in Australian dollars instead of US dollars?
Prices are listed and charged in US dollars by default. Australian dollar invoicing is available on request — email us before you buy.
Will future features cost extra on a lifetime licence?
All version 1.x features are included for the seats in your tier. Major new modules built later — payroll payouts, for example — are optional paid add-ons. Buying one is a choice; not buying one never removes anything you already had.
