Can I see screenshots of what my virtual assistant is working on?
Yes, if you choose to. Screenshots are detailed but low-resolution by default, can be blurred at capture or turned off, and your VA can always see which mode is on. They are deleted after 60 days by default.
Do I pay for a virtual assistant seat when they are not working?
No. A seat is a member with at least one tracked time slot in a calendar month. Someone you invite who never tracks time that month does not use a seat.
Should a freelance virtual assistant use AirStaff to track their own time?
